Jason Mathias

Jason Mathias has a long and varied career history. Jason began their career in 1994 as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. In 1998, they held an internship as an Investment Analyst for Dry Associates Investment Group. In 1999, they joined Dell Inc. as a Manager of Marketing Operations. Jason was later promoted to Senior Manager of Sales Operations, Director of Global Marketing Operations & Business Development, and Area Sales Manager of Consumer Sales. In 2013, they joined LivingSocial as Vice President of Revenue Operations. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Homesnap. In 2018, they assumed the role of President of the East Region at Compass and also became the CEO of Avail.

Jason Mathias attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and International Business.
