Deepak Malani

Deepak Malani is the current VP of Product at Avail Finance. Deepak has also held the position of Head of Product at Avail Finance, where they launched India's first ever BNPL program for blue collar workforce. In this role, they also scaled the product to over 250000 active user base in 4 months. Deepak has also worked as a Product Head at redBus, where they were responsible for scaling up rPool, the intracity and intercity carpool offering from redBus. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft and as an Associate Product Manager at Flipkart.com. Deepak started their career as a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems.

Deepak Malani has a post-graduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a bachelor's degree in electronics and instrumentation from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Deepak also has a certification in adaptive marketing from the Institute of Advance Product Management.
