Jill Skjoedt

Jill Skjoedt is a seasoned human resources professional with over two decades of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at AZZ | WSI LLC since August 2014, Jill develops and manages comprehensive HR programs encompassing compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Jill's prior experience includes positions such as Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Administrator, where responsibilities ranged from day-to-day HR policy administration to managing the employment life cycle. Before joining AZZ, Jill's experience included volunteer work and contract positions, alongside a significant tenure as a Senior Human Resources Professional at ADP that provided a strong foundation in federal and state law compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
