Hema Chandra Rambabu Chebrolu began their work experience as a Programmer at Harniks Information Systems in 1998. In 2000, they moved on to become a Project Lead at LG Soft India. Afterward, they joined Cisco in 2007 as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing various embedded OS, middleware, and application/system software for customers like Comcast, Time Warner Cable, and Cox. Currently, Hema Chandra is working at Avail Medsystems as a Principal Engineer - Data Pipeline ETL and Backend Micro Services, where they are involved in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance backend systems and data pipelines for business intelligence and machine learning models.

Hema Chandra Rambabu Chebrolu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University, between 1994 and 1998.
