Prior to that, they were the Director of Marketing Communications and Creative Studio at Elevance Health, where they contributed to business growth and promoted human-centered design. Dave has also served as a Digital Creative Director at Hyperquake and Kroger, where they managed teams and developed creative solutions for clients. Additionally, Dave has experience as a Graphic Design Manager at IKEA Group, where they played a crucial role in brand consistency and store expansions.

Dave Faulk attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor in Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
