Principal, Organizational Effectiveness at Availity

Liz Vaden has over 30 years of work experience. Liz started their career as an Organizational Development Specialist at Barnett Banks, where they worked from 1993 to 1998. Liz then founded their own company, Vaden Human Resources Consulting, Inc., and served as President and CEO from 1998 to 2006. Afterward, they joined Availity, LLC. as the Principal of Organizational Effectiveness, responsible for designing and implementing interventions to improve employee performance and leadership effectiveness, as well as enhancing the overall work environment. Liz has expertise in strategic workforce planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, employee development, career management, and employee engagement programs.

Liz Vaden holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, which they earned from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their academic achievements, Liz Vaden has obtained various certifications, including Developing Managers in Organizations from LinkedIn in 2020, The Accountability Dial from Refound in 2020, and Pragmatic Marketing Certification (Courses 1 through 6) from Pragmatic Institute in 2019. Liz has also attained certifications in Birkman Perspectives, DDI Competency Modeling, Hogan Assessment, and Birkman Work Styles in 2018, 2017, 2012, and 2011 respectively.
