Rick Sisson

Rick Sisson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Owner at Availity since September 2020, Rick leads Scrum teams in the Payer Application Development team and collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage product requirements and quality assurance using Agile methodologies. Previous roles include Application Development Manager overseeing multiple Agile teams, Software Engineer III managing client-facing API portals, and various positions in other organizations focusing on business systems analysis and interface development. Rick has held teaching positions as an Adjunct Instructor at both Middle Georgia State University and Rasmussen College, imparting knowledge in technology courses. Rick holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Computers from Kent State University.
