Nihar Patel

Nihar Patel is a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Avails Medical, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nihar served as an Undergraduate Research Associate in the Miller Conrad Lab at San Jose State University, where research focused on developing treatment strategies for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other BSL-2 gram-negative bacterial infections. Nihar also worked in the Rascón Lab, engaging in research to inhibit Aedes aegypti egg production and performing various molecular biology techniques. Nihar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from San Jose State University in December 2022.
