Jayson Simons-Jones, M.S., is a program and partnerships leader currently serving as the National Education Manager at the American Avalanche Association, where they oversee the governance and oversight of an accredited network of educational course providers. Jayson co-founded RVL8N®, which connects athletes and coaches to foster leadership through adventure experiences, and previously founded Lotus Alpine Adventures, a consulting company focused on risk management and organizational development. With a strong background in outdoor education and recreation planning, they hold a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College and a Master's in Organizational Leadership and Development from the University of Colorado Boulder. Jayson has extensive experience managing operations and team dynamics in both domestic and international mountain guiding contexts.
