Stefanía Guðrún Halldórsdóttir

Stefanía Guðrún Halldórsdóttir has held various roles throughout their work experience. Stefanía Guðrún currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Avalanche Studios Group, a position they have held since August 2023. In addition, they are a Member of the Board of Trustees at Reykjavik University, a role they began in June 2020.

Stefanía has also been actively involved in leadership positions in several organizations. Stefanía Guðrún was a Board Member at Beedle from December 2020 to August 2023. From October 2020 to August 2023, they served as the Managing Director at Eyrir Growth Fund, where they prioritized ESG investments.

Furthermore, Stefanía has held positions such as Chairman of the Board at Almannarómur: Miðstöð um máltækni from November 2017 to August 2023 and Executive Vice President at Landsvirkjun from February 2018 to October 2020. Stefanía Guðrún Halldórsdóttir completed their M.Sc in Environmental Science from Háskóli Íslands from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc in Geography from Háskóli Íslands from 1997 to 2000. In 1997, they also obtained a Diploma in German from the University of Vienna. Their undergraduate studies were at Bundesrealgymnasium in Graz, where they received their Matura from the Business- and Informatics Faculty from 1993 to 1997.
