Anna Whiting is a seasoned professional in customer advocacy and research with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Advocacy Manager at Avalara since January 2023, Anna previously held the position of VP at Bottomline Technologies, where responsibilities included leading customer advocacy initiatives and enhancing customer feedback mechanisms. As a Customer Voice Coach at SlapFive, Anna focused on developing customer engagement strategies to drive acquisition and retention. In a long tenure at ITSMA as Director of Research, responsibilities encompassed designing and executing custom research projects.
