Dr. Mike Lee

Dr. Mike Lee is a seasoned professional in customer success and leadership, currently serving as Sr. Manager and Head of Renewals at Avalara and Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners for Durham County Government. With extensive experience as the Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Committees Inc and an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Dr. Lee has contributed significantly to the field through roles such as Customer-Led Growth Advisor at Catalyst Software and founding fellow for On Deck Customer Success.
