Imogen Weller

Imogen Weller is a Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA at Avalara since August 2023, following a diverse career in talent acquisition and recruitment. Imogen has experience working with Deliveroo as a Senior Technical Talent Partner and was previously a Senior Talent Partner at Elements Talent Consultancy, contributing to innovative embedded talent solutions. Prior roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant positions at Xcede and ARC IT Recruitment, where Imogen focused on digital and IT recruitment, respectively. Imogen’s career began in sales at Bupa Global and Domestic & General after completing education at Varndean College and Varndean School.
