Kelly Walton is an experienced professional in learning and development with a strong background in training roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Learning Architect for Sales Excellence at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and Head of Training at Avalere Health, Kelly previously held leadership positions at Fishawack Health, where responsibilities included Head of Training, Senior Business Director for Learning and Development, and Sales Training Account Director.
