Olivia Peck

Olivia Peck, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has a robust background in people operations and human resources management. Currently serving as a People Operations Advisor at Avalere Health since October 2023, Olivia previously held the position of People Onboarding Coordinator at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as People Operations Coordinator at Fishawack Health from January 2022 to October 2023, and earlier positions as a Sales Assistant at Waitrose & Partners and Chelford Farm Supplies. Olivia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business with Psychology, both obtained from The Manchester Metropolitan University, along with A-Levels and GCSEs from Wilmslow High School.
