Matthew Szura

Matthew Szura has worked in the wine industry for over 20 years. Matthew began their career in 2001 as a Wine Educator for Jordan Vineyard & Winery. In 2006, they moved to Terlato Wines International, where they served as a Strategic Retail Account Manager in the West. In 2011, they became the VP of Sales in the West for V2 Wine Group. From 2014 to 2017, they held the roles of Division Sales Manager in the West & Mtn States and Sr. Business Development Analyst at Wilson Daniels. In 2017, they moved to Copper Cane Wines & Provisions as a Division Sales Manager in the West. In 2019, they became the Division Manager in the West for The Hess Collection Winery. Currently, they are the VP of Sales in the West for Avaline LTD.

Matthew Szura obtained their diploma from Mt. Eden High School in 1993 after completing their general education studies. Matthew then attended California State University-Sacramento from 1998 to 2001 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Cultural Anthropology. Additionally, they hold a Certificate Level from The Court of Master Sommeliers from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
