Lina Chen is a seasoned Technical Designer with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently working at Avalon Apparel since January 2017. In this role, Lina manages digital evaluations and production alignment for Target uploads. Previous positions include freelance Technical Designer at A.L.C., where initial tech packs were developed for sweater production, and Technical Designer at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, focusing on fit and construction collaboration. Early career experiences include assistant roles in technical design and fashion sketching, as well as positions in administrative support and sales. Lina holds a Professional Designation in Fashion/Apparel Design from FIDM and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
