Soumyadeep Das

Soumyadeep Das is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Associate Vice President at Avalon Consulting since June 2021. At Avalon, Soumyadeep has developed and implemented automated SKU costing and budget variance models for an OEM automotive manufacturer, enhancing financial transparency and cost allocation accuracy. Previous roles include Senior Management Consultant, where significant cost savings were achieved for a Middle Eastern client through a new Business Process Management framework, and Management Consultant for a Saudi Telco/ICT client, focusing on operational strategy alignment. Prior to Avalon, Soumyadeep worked at Tech Mahindra as Senior Business Analyst, leading a pan-India digital transformation initiative, and also held consultancy and engineering positions at Mondelēz International, Mother Dairy, and Ericsson. Soumyadeep holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
