At Avalon our mission is this: To exceed our clients’ expectations by means of selecting the highest quality products and materials, enlisting the finest craftsmen, evolving client relations, and incorporating our expertise in design and construction, all while constantly striving for the next echelon, ultimately delivering unparalleled products and services for each client’s investment.

From designing to constructing, we work with our clients and listen to all their aspirations for their projects while respecting fiscal matters, creating exquisite homes and contributing to various other projects that we take great pride in. Besides custom home building, our other services exemplify our mission to always exceed expectations and contribute positively to any scope of work. Avalon is dedicated to each and every project we are involved in. As our client, you can always expect the same careful attention to detail and dedication to quality craftsmanship and service as we immerse ourselves in your project whether it be a lavish custom home from blueprint to move-in day, an exquisite furniture piece, or a custom kitchen design and remodeling project.

Avalon has become a leader in the industry by never resting on our laurels, refusing to cut corners, never price gouging, and holding fast to our belief in the value of craftsmanship, hard work, and great relationships. We are not here to make a quick buck. We have always believed in building our business not by dollars but by cultivating relationships and an esteemed reputation. Owner and President, John Elias has been a South Barrington resident for over 26 years and is well respected throughout the community through his business reputation and community involvement.
