Will Griffenkranz is the current store manager of Avalon Flooring in Deptford. Will has also worked as an assistant general manager at Wawa, Inc. from January 2008 to December 2012, and as a specialty sales manager and sales supervisor at Best Buy from September 2001 to December 2007. Will has extensive experience in managing and motivating employees, as well as in executing company strategy and promoting areas of opportunity.
