Mats Ludvigsson

Mats Ludvigsson has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mats started their career at Solna Offset in 1988, where they worked as an calculations engineer and later as a development engineer, project leader, and designer. In 1999, they joined Sigma Design and Development as a mechanical consultant, focusing on medical device equipment and risk analysis. Mats then worked at Semcon as the Department Manager for Total Design Office, overseeing mechanical design, industrial design, project management, and electrical design until 2013. During their time at Semcon, they also had a role as a consultant, leading projects in wireless local area network antenna development and circuit board production. Following this, Mats held managerial positions at various companies including ÅF Industri & System AB, Tekno-Detaljer AB, and WM-data Caran AB, where they led teams and oversaw mechanical groups. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Regional Business Manager at Berotec. Most recently, they worked at RIBEA Engineering as the CEO and co-owner from 2013 to 2018, and now serves as a Business Manager at Avalon Innovation since 2018.

Mats Ludvigsson completed their education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in Civ Ing Maskinteknik med inriktning Maskinelement. Before that, they attended Åva-skolan from 1979 to 1982, where they obtained their Studentexamen with a focus on the 4-årig Teknisk Linje.
