Mikael Josephson

Mikael Josephson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Mikael started their career in 1990 with compulsory military service in Sweden, where they served as a Section Commander for RBS 70 units. In 1995, they worked briefly as an Educator at Lernia. In 1997, they joined Bofors Defence AB as a Software Designer, Developer, and System Engineer, where they worked on real-time systems and software development for various projects. In 2005, they joined Gambro as a Software Development Engineer, focusing on the development of software for the PRISMAFLEX System for Critical Care. During their time at Gambro, they also served as a Team Lead and was involved in different roles and responsibilities. In 2013, they joined Baxter International Inc. as a Principal Software Development Engineer, where they continued to work on software development for the PRISMAFLEX System for Critical Care. Mikael worked in multiple roles at Baxter International Inc., including as a Team Lead and a Sw Developer, with additional responsibilities in requirements management and defect management. Most recently, since 2019, Mikael Josephson has been working as a Software Development Engineer at Avalon Innovation.

Mikael Josephson attended Halmstad University from an unknown start year and completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Systems Engineering in 1997. In 1998, they briefly attended Cranfield University for Gun Systems Technology, but it is unclear if they pursued a degree in this field. Additionally, Mikael Josephson obtained the certification in Business planning for technologists from EFL - Executive Education, Ekonomihögskolan, Lunds universitet in April 1994. Furthermore, they became a Certified ScrumMaster, but the exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
