Tony Nilsson

Tony Nilsson has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Tony started their career as an intern at Konga Bruk AB, where they worked as a Lasercutting machine operator. Tony then interned at Konga Bruk AB again, this time as a Production Engineer, focusing on LEAN production engineering.

Tony later worked as an intern at Emballator Lagan Plast AB, where they gained experience as a Design Engineer, specifically in CAD layout. This was followed by an internship at Polytec Composites AB, where they worked as a Production Engineer, focusing on production engineering.

After their internships, Tony joined IP Modeller AB as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing, CAD work using Creo, project management, and maintaining customer relationships.

Tony then worked at GE Power as a Mechanical Design Engineer on a consultancy mission, where they contributed to the construction of a new energy plant building for Boden Municipality. Tony was involved in the design and drawing of steel structures.

Next, Tony joined Produktutvecklarna i Växjö AB as a Design Engineer. Tony'sresponsibilities included product development, designing using CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Tekla), and project work. Tony worked on various projects, such as an energy plant, office furniture, a fountain lighting device, and machine manufacturing for the sawmill industry.

Tony also worked at Xylem Inc. as a Mechanical Design Engineer through Avalon Innovation. Tony'stasks included designing production equipment for the company's production departments, often in the form of development projects.

Currently, Tony is at Avalon Innovation, where they hold the position of Team Leader/Design Engineer. Tony is involved in assisting companies with innovation, development, and growth. Tony'sexpertise spans across industrial design, mechanics, electronics, software, and management.

Tony Nilsson's education history is as follows:

From 2022 to 2022, Tony Nilsson attended Kreol of Sweden and completed a Kursutbildning in Plastutbildning (Plastic Education).

In 2022, Tony Nilsson also enrolled in Vascaia and undertook a Kursutbildning in Hållbar Produktutveckling (Sustainable Product Development).

In 2019, Tony Nilsson completed a Ledarskapsutbildning (Leadership Training) at Academic House. Additionally, they participated in a Kursutbildning (Course Education) in Projektledning (Project Management) at Lynda.

In the same year, Tony Nilsson also received training in Scrum from Lynda.

Between 2009 and 2010, Tony Nilsson attended Yrkeshögskola, Idé & Resurscentrum i Ljungby, where they obtained a degree as an Avancerad CNC-tekniker (Advanced CNC Technician) specializing in Konstruktionsteknik (Construction Engineering).

From 2007 to 2009, Tony Nilsson completed a KY-utbildning (Vocational Training) in Produkt- & Produktionsutveckling (Product and Production Development) at Idé & Resurscentrum i Ljungby.

In 2004, Tony Nilsson graduated from Wasaskolan, Tingsryd with a Gymnasieexamen (High School Diploma) in Teknikvetenskap (Technical Science).

In terms of additional certifications, Tony Nilsson obtained a Truckkörkort (Forklift License) from Itiro in June 2011. Tony also acquired a B Körkort (Driver's License) from Transportstyrelsen in October 2007.
