Aaron Fagalde

Aaron Fagalde has held various roles in customer service and IT support, working with different companies such as Avalon Risk Management and LensCrafters. In their most recent role as an IT Support Specialist 2, Aaron provides internal HelpDesk support and collaborates with upper support teams to address technical issues. Prior to this, Aaron worked as a Customer Service Associate, LIMS Support/Field Engineer, Manager, Sales Associate, and Co-Owner at different companies, gaining experience in assisting customers and managing retail operations.
