Mallory Karas has over 17 years of experience in the marine insurance and claims industry. Currently serving as Supervisor of National Accounts and previously as Team Lead at Avalon Risk Management since March 2016, Mallory excels in managing key accounts and leading teams. Prior experience includes working as a Marine Claims Specialist at Roanoke Trade from October 2012 to March 2016, where responsibilities involved providing quality and timely claims services to marine insurance customers. Earlier, from March 2006 to September 2012, Mallory held the position of Cargo Claims Administrator at Phoenix International Freight Services Ltd, contributing to the management of cargo-related claims.
