Keith Rodges

Keith Rodges has over 27 years of experience in warehouse and production roles. Currently serving as a Warehouse Associate at Avalon Test Equipment since November 2022, Keith previously held positions at Purvis Industries as a Warehouse/Driver from October 2021 to November 2022 and at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for 26 years, where the roles included Production Services Lead and Production Technician. While in the leadership role, responsibilities encompassed collaboration with various stakeholders on schedule and scope changes, as well as developing process improvements. As a Production Technician, key tasks included leading teams to ensure on-time completion of production orders, firmware updates, and product configuration. Earlier in the career, Keith worked as a Material Handler through Randstad, focusing on shipping and receiving, order pulling, and hardware/software installation.
