Amanda Carlisle

Amanda Carlisle is an experienced professional with a strong background in property management and real estate. Currently serving as a Sales and Service Supervisor at AvalonBay Communities since June 2018, Amanda assists in managing a 280-unit multi-family development in Saugus, MA. Previous roles include Senior Community Leasing Consultant and Community Leasing Consultant, where Amanda demonstrated leadership and effective resident engagement strategies. Amanda has also worked as a Senior Analyst at Isenberg Real Estate Advisors, providing market research to aid real estate investors and developers. In addition to real estate, Amanda has held leadership roles, such as President of UMass Powerlifting, and has experience in customer service and retail through positions at Lovepop and Cleveland Fence Co. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and has a high school diploma in Business Technology from Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocational High School.
