Brian O'Neill

Brian O'Neill has extensive experience in property management and sales leadership, currently serving as General Manager and Regional Sales Leader at AvalonBay Communities since May 2005. Overseeing multiple communities with over 800 apartments, Brian supports sales initiatives in the Massachusetts market and leads a mentor program for newly hired sales leaders. Previous roles include Sr Community Manager and Community Administrator, where Brian demonstrated strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to maintain high occupancy rates. Brian began a career in customer service at Circles and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Business Communication from Bentley University.
