Kevin Dunn

Kevin Dunn has extensive experience in the real estate and retail sectors, currently serving as a Learning and Development Facilitator at AvalonBay Communities since March 2017. Previous roles at AvalonBay include Sales and Service Supervisor, Senior Community Consultant, and Community Consultant. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Target from June 2009 to March 2017 as a Consumables Team Leader. Kevin is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Strategic Communication at California Lutheran University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ventura College, completed in December 2022.
