Rachael Duniec

Rachael Duniec is an innovative and growth-driven project manager with extensive experience in multifamily residential real estate capital planning. Currently serving as a Sr. Software Product Manager at AvalonBay Communities since March 2023, Rachael previously held roles as an Asset Management Product Manager from May 2014 to March 2023 and as an Engineering Resource Manager from August 2007 to May 2014, all within AvalonBay Communities. Rachael has a proven track record in developing and auditing procedures for contracts, insurance, payment applications, and lien waivers, as well as the ability to organize analytical data, lead projects across departments, reduce costs through national accounts, enhance employee skill sets, and implement valuable solutions. Rachael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Ithaca College, earned in May 2001.
