Medha Ahuja

Medha Ahuja has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Medha started their career at dToks | Talks that DeTox as an Ambassador, where they raised awareness about mental health through social media platforms and dispelled myths through blogs and interactions. Medha then worked as a Business Development Manager at Retain The Star, conducting market research on the contractual job market and connecting with HR professionals and founders to discuss the concept of "Talent Loans." At Econfinity, they served as a Research Analyst, and at Observer Research Foundation, they worked as a Research Analyst. Medha also gained experience as a Student Placement Coordinator at the Placement Cell, Department of Economics, GGSIPU, where they utilized LinkedIn to significantly increase the reach of the placement cell and collaborated with their alma mater on various company approach strategies. Medha then served as a Project Lead at Enactus USS, working on the e-waste project "DWIJ," which involved upcycling e-waste into useful products.
