Chong Hoong Lim

Chong Hoong Lim has extensive experience in the field of technology and operations management. Chong Hoong currently holds the position of Head of Technology & Operations - APAC at Avaloq. Prior to this, they worked at Crédit Agricole CIB as Head of IT Production Services and Head of Data Exchange/J2EE Technologies. Chong Hoong also had brief stints at MUSIC Group and IHiS, where they focused on IT service and operations management. Chong Hoong Lim has held leadership roles at various organizations, including Tech Mahindra, AmBank Berhad, Bank of America, Barclays, Hewlett-Packard Singapore, and UBS Investment Bank. Chong Hoong'sresponsibilities in these roles ranged from managing service delivery and infrastructure integration to overseeing production operations and implementing process improvement initiatives.

Chong Hoong Lim obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology from the National University of Ireland, Dublin, from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Professional Certificate in Business Information Technology from Coventry University in 1996-1997 and an Associate's Degree in Adv Dip in Business Administration (ABE) from Thames Business School, Singapore in 1994-1995.
