Louise Ingoldby

Louise Ingoldby is currently a Language Services Specialist at Avaloq, responsible for translation, localisation, and terminology tasks, including managing terminology in termFinder and editing the Avaloq Glossary and Style Guides. Louise has experience as a Freelance Linguistic Editor with DeepL since April 2025 and previously worked as a Translator and Transcriber at The Language Doctors. Additional roles include Translator and Reviewer with Young Translations & Language Solutions in both the Vienna and New York offices, and Translator and Reviewer at Connect Translations Austria GmbH. Prior experience includes a receptionist position at SO/ VIENNA, a sales and marketing internship at DOMAINE GAYDA, an English Language Assistant role with the British Council, and an internship in subtitling and content writing at CinemaBioscoop. Louise holds a degree in Modern Language Studies from the University of Nottingham and has completed a summer course in Dutch at Ghent University.
