Roland F.

Roland F. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Roland is currently working at Avaloq, where they hold multiple roles as the Head of Facility Management APAC and Deputy Global Head of Real Estate. In this position, they have been instrumental in building the APAC SaaS and BPaaS business from the ground up and overseeing long-term strategic initiatives.

Prior to that, Roland worked at Rumble Asia as a Consultant, providing project management and industry expertise to an M&A and Banking System Implementation project. Roland also played a key role in the planning and start-up of an APAC subsidiary for a European Financial Technology Services firm.

In 2013, Roland founded and served as the Director of Styleprofile, where they provided strategic leadership and full operational responsibility for the development and execution of the business plan. Roland was responsible for all major business activities, including financial management, business development, legal, operations, and recruitment.

Before Styleprofile, Roland worked as a Consultant at Synpulse Management Consulting, delivering M&A projects for clients in the insurance sector. Roland also gained experience at IBM as Sales Operations Support in the Strategic Outsourcing division and at icons - consulting by students as a Co-founder and Executive Board Member.

Roland started their career as a Legal Intern at NTS New Technology Systems GmbH.

Roland F. obtained a Master's Degree in Business and Economics - Business and Law from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) from 2005 to 2011. In 2008, they also participated in an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services. In 2017, Roland received a certification in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption from INSEAD. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as Verified Certificates for Building Financial Services on Web 3.0 and Designing Financial Services on Web 3.0 from the National University of Singapore.
