Ana Louro

Ana Louro is a Junior DevOps Engineer at AVAMAE Software Solutions Ltd since April 2022, with a diverse background in nutrition and quality control. Prior to this role, Ana served as the Director of Nutrition at Nutrebem (Easyfood do Brasil S.A.) from January 2014 to February 2021, where key accomplishments included developing a nutritional scoring algorithm for a widely used app and managing nutrition communications for a large audience. Previous experience includes roles at Cardiff Metropolitan University as a Knowledge Transfer Associate focusing on quality control and new product development, managing health promotion at Associação de Beneficência Luso-Alemã, and contributing to public health initiatives as a Public Health Nutritionist for the Directorate-General of Health in Portugal. Ana holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Human Nutrition and completed a DevOps training course in early 2022.
