Rick Dillon

Rick Dillon, Co-Owner, has a rich history with the Avamere Family of Companies as a loyal team member since 1997.

Prior to joining Avamere, Rick worked for Prestige Care, Inc. for over 10 years, rising to director of operations.

Rick also served as chairman of the Oregon Health Care Association and Washington Health Care Association boards and as a delegate to the American Health Care Convention.

Rick has extensive knowledge and experience in the healthcare field as a licensed nursing home administrator. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Azusa Pacific University. He also serves on several non-profit boards, including Concordia University, Courts for Kids, and Waverly Country Club.

In his free time, Rick enjoys the great outdoors golfing, exercising, and hiking.
