Adam Halls

Adam Halls is a Senior Business Analyst at Avanade since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading a major upgrade of Dynamics CRM platforms to the cloud by gathering requirements, creating User Stories, and implementing system enhancements. Prior to Avanade, Adam was a Learning Facilitator and Business Owner at Bespoke Study, focusing on personalized tutoring and support for students. Adam also gained experience at Amazon as a Delivery Driver and at Marks and Spencer as a Customer Assistant, where valuable skills in customer service and communication were developed. Additional roles include Education and Employment Officer for the Caribbean Union Student Society and internships with the Government of Grenada and the German Marshall Fund of the United States, where research and policy analysis skills were honed. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Birmingham.
