Corrine Long

Corrine Long is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employee experience, currently serving at Avanade since November 2018. In the role of Global Talent Acquisition Transformation and Strategy, Corrine focuses on optimizing recruitment initiatives and enhancing candidate, talent acquisition, and hiring manager experiences. A previous secondment as Global Employee Experience EVP Lead involved refreshing Avanade’s Employee Value Proposition to boost employer brand awareness and enact employee feedback. Corrine's career also includes significant roles at DaVita Kidney Care, where responsibilities ranged from managing employment branding and recruitment strategies to geographical recruiting, as well as earlier experiences in technical recruiting and human resources at prominent organizations like Target. Corrine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
