Lisa Kochert

Lisa Kochert is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience at Avanade since May 2010. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Americas Talent Acquisition Lead, Lisa leads teams focused on creating an equitable candidate experience. Previous roles at Avanade include Director of Academy TA Lead and Global TA Transformation Lead, where Lisa managed initiatives across talent acquisition, global recruitment marketing, and diversity strategies. With a strong background in campus recruiting and team leadership, Lisa has successfully overseen the recruitment of hundreds of early talent consultants annually. Prior to Avanade, Lisa held various roles at Purdue University, including Interim Director of Marketing and Director of Development, and served as Vice President of Greater Lafayette Commerce. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, complemented by training from AIRS Academy.
