Ryan Lim is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in advisory and innovation across growth markets including Southeast Asia, Greater China Region, Japan, Australia, Brazil, and the UAE. They began their career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan and have since held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager at BearingPoint and Director at Standard Chartered Bank. Ryan served as a Principal at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and an Executive Director at Ernst & Young, among other notable positions. Currently, Ryan is the Financial Services Advisory Lead at Avanade, focusing on making a genuine human impact for clients and employees. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from Murdoch University and are a Certified Practising Accountant.
