Tessa Spanjersberg is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in global and regional talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Avanade since February 2020, Tessa leads recruitment initiatives for senior and executive roles, closely partnering with regional hiring teams to enhance strategies and processes. Prior to this, Tessa held the position of Senior Recruiter for Europe, managing senior recruitment across EMEA, and also served as an Interim Recruiter for notable clients including Heineken and Avanade. With a solid foundation in recruitment consultancy from Computer Futures, Tessa's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
