Madeline Hall-Sebonia

Madeline Hall-Sebonia has a strong background in asset management and development. Madeline is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Avanath Capital Management, LLC, where they lead the team and is responsible for developing and executing the company's asset strategies across the country. Prior to this, Madeline worked for Jupiter Realty Company for almost two decades, starting as a Vice President of New Business Development before becoming a Senior Vice President. In these roles, they oversaw all stages of asset management, from pre-acquisition to disposition, and was involved in ground-up development projects in downtown Chicago. Madeline also has experience in property management, having served as the Chicago Regional Manager for Property Management at PM Realty Group. Madeline has demonstrated expertise in analyzing and executing business plans, overseeing construction projects, and achieving goals within budget and timeline.

Madeline Hall-Sebonia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Madeline also completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Calvin University.
