Tanya Rodriguez

Tanya Rodriguez, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for AVANCE - San Antonio. Prior to leading the Finance team, she served as the Director of Analytics and as the agency’s Controller. During her tenure as Controller, she was instrumental in the organization’s stewardship of external resources.

In her analytics role, Tanya provided data-informed insights for the achievement of AVANCE’s mission, programs, and services.

Tanya has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She has been a licensed CPA for over 10 years.

Tanya has a passion for social good, rooted in her San Antonio upbringing. Her parents taught her to put others first, even when you have little to give. Tanya enjoys spending time with family and friends, training her dog, traveling, volunteering, and yoga.
