Arif Shuja has over 20 years of experience in the industrial automation sector, currently serving as Business Manager for Advanced Solutions at Avanceon since June 2008. Arif specializes in business analysis and consulting for advanced industrial control solutions, focusing on plant performance improvement, data management, and the development of high-end digital dashboards and KPI indicators. Prior to Avanceon, Arif worked as a Technical Sales Support Engineer at Innovative Automation & Engineering (Pvt.) Limited, where expertise was applied in setting up high-end software solutions, including Rockwell Automation MES software for various industries. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Vrooms Technologies Inc. Arif holds a degree from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, obtained from 1993 to 1998.
