Ian Walsh

Ian Walsh is an experienced engineering professional with a background in biomedical engineering from Binghamton University. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Avanceon since February 2019, Ian previously held the role of Project Engineer. Ian has significant experience in mentorship, having supported 63 teams as a Tech Mentor for the LaunchX Entrepreneurship Program. Previous positions include Software Tester at ENSCO, Inc., where Ian managed and created test scripts, and Lead ETS Coordinator at Emerging Technology Studio, where responsibilities included scheduling and workshop instruction. Ian's early career involved various IT Helpdesk Technician roles at The College of Westchester, along with positions in scientific research and writing.
