Michele Metzger

Michele Metzger currently serves as the VP of Finance at Avancez LLC, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Michele was the Chief Accounting Officer at Tribar Technologies Inc., leading financial operations and cash management initiatives from May 2022 to November 2023. Experience also includes directing the North American supply chain and finance operations at CHEP, along with significant achievements in cost reductions and capital controls at Yanfeng and Bosch North America. Michele's career began in financial analysis roles at Bosch Corporation and ZF Friedrichshafen. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Western Michigan University.
