Cathaleen Simmons has extensive experience in security operations, currently serving as Lead Analyst for Security Operations at AVANGRID, Inc. since January 2008, focusing on the physical security of facilities and substations while ensuring compliance with NERC - CIP for security services. Previously, Cathaleen held the role of Senior Technical Support Specialist in Security Services, managing access control, investigations, business continuity planning, fire drills, and safety initiatives. Prior to joining AVANGRID, Cathaleen worked as a Customer Care Center Representative at The United Illuminating Company from April 2003 to January 2008. Cathaleen Simmons holds a degree from the University of Phoenix.
