Michele Tondalo

Michele Tondalo is an experienced project manager specializing in reliability assurance and compliance within the energy sector. Currently serving as Project Manager at Avangrid since April 2019, Michele interprets NERC Reliability Standards to assess their impact on AVANGRID's Network Companies, including Central Maine Power and NYSEG. Michele has held multiple roles at Avangrid and its predecessor, UIL Holdings Corporation, including positions as a NERC/CIP Compliance Analyst and Benefits Analyst focusing on occupational health. Prior experience includes analytical roles at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Connecticut. Michele holds a Master's degree in Science Management from Albertus Magnus College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Post University.
