R. Scott Mahoney

R. Scott Mahoney is currently the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Avangrid, a position they have held since 2015. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of UIL Holdings Corporation from 2008 to 2015.

R. Scott Mahoney has a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory and Religion from St. Lawrence University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, and a Doctor of Law from the University of Maine School of Law.
