Sabrina A. Hern, Ph.D. is currently serving as the Manager of Billing Operations at AVANGRID, Inc., overseeing operations for United Illuminating, Connecticut Natural Gas, and Southern Connecticut Gas since February 2022. Prior to this role, Sabrina held various positions at Southern Company from July 2001 to January 2022, including Manager of Programs and Products, PCI Governance Compliance and SOX, and CSO for AFT-Public Utilities at Georgia Power and Southern Company. Sabrina's academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Georgia College & State University, a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration and Law from Walden University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Valdosta State University, and a Master of Philosophy from Walden University.
